1 Circuit board PCB description:
1.1 Name : 5V-24V Input singlelithium battery 1A charge, discharge 5V1A power board
1.2 Applications : Convenient charging devices, etc.
1.3 Battery pack : 3.7V lithium battery pack, multiple parallel or single series connection, full 4.2V
1.4 Input voltage : 5V-24V(The light willturn red when charging, light will turn green when fully charged, it will flashwhen it is not connected to the battery)

1.6 Introduction to Chip Functions :
1, Lithium battery charging circuit:PW4056
PW4056 is a Lithium battery charge management chip, Upto 1A charging current, support 1 lithium battery charging.
2, DC-DC synchronous step-down circuit:PW2303
PW2303 is a Synchronous Buck Chip, Input 5V-24V, output5V, up to 3A, characterized by voltage step-down voltage difference is verylow, and high efficiency.
3, Boost Output chip circuit:PW5300A
PW5300A, input voltage2.2V-16V, output adjustable to 20V, when 3.7V input, 5V output, current up to1200mA.
4, A lithium battery protection circuit:PW3230
PW3230 is a l ithium battery charging and discharging protection board chip, withouta single peripheral component.
2, Circuit diagram :
PCB layout is divided into two parts: signal controlcircuit + power circuit
Note1: The blue thick line is the power trace,the layout should be wide, the SW pin is a poweroutput, so the layout should be wide, and it is also a noise source, so the area should be small.
Note2: The red thick line is the power ground, the main points of the drawing board: to be wide, the shorter the distance between the connecting loops at each point, themore holes are punched in the ground
